The Operator
I'm an operator, not a theorist.
I've spent a decade inside fast-growing startups, from employee #3 to 100+, usually as the person leaders call when things start breaking.
1.0The Pattern
A decade in the trenches, and the same pattern kept showing up:
Every one of those companies thought it had a revenue problem. Every one of them actually had an operating problem wearing a revenue costume. Growth Map exists to make that diagnosis, and then fix it.
2.0Objections, Handled
Why work with me instead of…
"…hiring a full-time COO?"
A good full-time COO costs $200K–$400K+ and takes months to ramp up. Most owner-led companies between $1M and $50M don't need a full-time executive. They need someone who's done this before, can build the system fast, and transfer ownership to their existing team.
"…reading a business book or taking a course?"
Books give you frameworks. I give you implementation. The gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it inside a messy, real business is where I live. I've built operating systems inside fast-growing companies, not in a classroom.
"…using a big consulting firm?"
Big firms send you junior analysts who produce slide decks. I do the work myself, in the trenches with your team. You get a senior operator, not a presentation.
