About me
The Story Behind Growth Map
I’ve spent the past decade inside fast-growing startups — from employee #3 to 100+
and back — usually as the person leaders call when things start breaking.
My work has always sat in the middle of operations, go-to-market, delivery, and product… translating vision into the systems, roles, and rhythms that make a company work.
After enough years in the trenches, the same pattern became impossible to ignore.
- Founders were overwhelmed.
- Teams were misaligned.
- Everyone was working hard, but without a shared understanding of how the business actually created value.
- That gap led to bad hires, unclear priorities, chaotic execution, and a constant feeling of running the company on instinct instead of insight.
I didn’t build Growth Map because I wanted a consulting practice.
I built it because I was tired of watching good companies waste potential — and tired of watching founders carry the anxiety that comes with that.
My background taught me how quickly a team drifts without role clarity, how much money gets burned on the wrong hires, and how stressful it becomes when a founder tries to hold the entire business together themselves. I’ve lived inside messy, high-pressure environments, responsible for making complex initiatives land.
I’m not a theorist. I’m not a career consultant. I’m an operator who earned his battle scars by doing the work.
Growth Map is my way of giving founders what I always wished we had in every company I operated:
- A clear picture of how the business works
- A sense of what actually drives outcomes
- A practical way to make decisions week to week
- And a path to grow without chaos
If you want a business that makes sense, a team that moves in sync, and growth that doesn’t depend on burnout, you’re in the right place.
