After enough years in the trenches, the same pattern became impossible to ignore:

• Founders making every decision themselves because nobody else had the context.
• Teams working hard but not on the same thing.
• Revenue unpredictable because nobody understood how the business actually created value.
• Bad hires, unclear priorities, and founders carrying the anxiety of the entire company on their shoulders.

Growth Map is my way of giving founders what I always wished every company I operated had:
